How to Create a Focused Marketing Strategy will walk you through the fundamentals of setting up a marketing strategy that aligns with your charities' goals, brand development and future sustainability.

We will help you ensure your marketing strategy fits with your goals and is well researched, focused and comprehensive.

In the webinar we will cover:

  • Deciding on your marketing goals.
  • Preparing the groundwork for a focused marketing strategy
  • Deep dive into your marketing profiles: customers, clients, volunteers, funders, stakeholders and planning their marketing journey with your charity
  • Digital marketing: how to reach, engage and retain.

Following on from the webinar there will be the opportunity for one-to-one sessions with a GetSet advisor to support you with creating a bespoke marketing strategy for your organisation.

Community Action Network (CAN) was formed in 2019 from the merger of Poole Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) and Bournemouth CVS, these charities had a rich history going back over 50 years, and form the foundations of our work today. The charity provides professional and practical support to organisations working within the voluntary and community sector in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

Their mission is to empower the voluntary sector, enable volunteering and involve communities.

They provide professional expertise, practical services and a platform for promoting and sharing volunteering opportunities.
